These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of PinyinPal ("I," "me," or "Developer") regarding your use of the PinyinPal mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

PinyinPal offers the following subscription options:
Limited content is available free of charge. Premium features require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Settings.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy. I do not process refunds directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, audio files, images, text, and software, is owned by the Developer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Some content may be licensed from third parties. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.
Your privacy is important to me. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how I collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is designed for educational purposes. I make no guarantees about learning outcomes or language proficiency achievements.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasonable grounds.
I may periodically update the App to improve functionality, add features, or address security issues. Some updates may be required for continued use.
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App should first be attempted to resolve through direct communication with the Developer.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of PinyinPal.

This End User License Agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for PinyinPal and its content.
License: The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use PinyinPal on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance and Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for PinyinPal as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law.
Warranty: Apple provides no warranty for PinyinPal except, if applicable, to refund the purchase price. Any other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
Product Claims: The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to PinyinPal or your possession and use of PinyinPal, including but not limited to: product liability claims, claims that PinyinPal fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Third Party Claims: In the event of any third party claim that PinyinPal or your possession and use of PinyinPal infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
